The Gipuzkoa Provincial Council undertakes to make its website accessible, and to this end it complies with Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September on the accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector.

In order to guarantee access to information, the obligations set out in the UNE-EN 301549:2019 standard apply to the construction of this website, notwithstanding the exceptions stipulated in Royal Decree 1112/2018.

Claim procedure

In the event the information accessibility request or complaint is rejected, and you do not agree with the decision taken, or the reply does not meet the requirements stipulated in Article 12.5, or a period of twenty business days has elapsed and no reply has been forthcoming, you may submit a claim.
